Currently, They are looking for a sales manager (Wealth Relation) with high-rise condominium and low-rise experience to join their company.
Job Description
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Developing, planning, and implementing marketing strategy including product and communication of project assignments.
- Controlling and managing the budget of each project assigned.
- Managing project portfolio of assigned products, and promoting short- and long-term plans to ensure project achievement.
- Dealing with suppliers to produce the marketing tool for corporate campaigns.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by studying consumer requirements, defining the market, competitor analysis, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.
- Approaching potential customers to establish relationships.
Qualifications
- Has a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in marketing with a background in real estate would be an advantage.
- Has experience in managing property consultant (property sales) teams.
- Creative, initiative, proactive, result and customer-oriented.
- Strategic thinker with good interpersonal skills
