We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Warehouse specialist/Warehouse specialist. Responsibilities
- Support operations by either supervising or directly executing warehouse processes (reception, issuance, counting, junking, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical product flow and storage for the warehouse and other inventory areas.
- Implement required documentation and labelling per company standards and local requirements.
- Maintain timely input to the Warehouse Management System and ensure accurate stock transaction records.
- Proactively monitor and implement local strategies to reduce excess and ageing stock (target to reduce slow moving and DSOH) for the assigned Divisions.
- Execute cycle count and periodical physical counts: plan creation/posting of adjustments/root cause and reporting per global procedure.
- Perform periodic reviews of the exception reports in order to maintain data integrity in the Warehouse Management System, including but not limited to discrepancies between systems, unit price, aged open/failed/pending for approval/unmatched transactions, and inactive parts.
- quality controls are carried out and are compliant with the Division quality standards.
- Aim for continuous improvement and regular use of Lean tools such as 5S exercise to improve warehouse and division
- Others as per inventory/SC manager assigned
