– รับผิดชอบการมอบหมายงาน การควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน การให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานให้กับพนักงาน เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
– ควบคุมการติดไฟไม่ให้เกิดหรือหาแนวทางป้องกัน
-สามารถจัดสรรพื้นที่รองรับถ่านหินได้ตลอดเวลา
-บริหารจัดการพื้นที่เพื่อรองรับถ่าน shipment ถัดไปไม่ให้ติดขัด
– กำกับงานภาคสนาม ประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่ง ประสานงานหน้างานในการแก้ไขปัญหาและควบคุมการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
– ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ในการอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปเป้าหมายตลอดระยะเวลาการจัดส่ง ตรวจเช็คการทำงานการจัดส่ง ทั้งทางบกและทางน้ำ รายงานสถานะการณ์ ปัญหาต่างๆ จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน
