Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for Jubilee brand
- Create appealing and eye-catching window display, mannequins, signs and promotional displays that draw Jubilee’s target customers into the store
- Develop a good understanding of Jubilee’s product, image and target customers in order to effectively convey the brand’s aesthetic with unification and consistency
- Creative & Implementation Visual Merchandise (Graphic Image/ Signage / POP)
- Creative & Implementation Visual Merchandise in Special Event, Category
- Store Opening: Prepare and setup the new opening
- Event Setup: Setup various events / functions. Work with PR / Marketing & Operation team for all event visual setup
- Source and buy props for the stores in a cost-efficient manner and always within budget
- Train and coach diamond advisor (salesperson) in visual merchandising
- Gather feedback from customers and share with relevant team members for further improvements
Qualifications:
- You must have minimum 2-3 years working experience as visual merchandiser from retail companies or fashion retail visual merchandising/styling.
- Higher education in visual merchandising, industrial design or art.
- Great understanding of visual design theories (color theory, composition, etc).
- Excellent time management skill, with amazing attention to detail and can work under pressure and deadlines.
- Actively seeking new and improved ways of working simply and cost-efficiently.
- A practical hands-on approach to working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about design, aesthetics and current trends
- Positive with can-do attitude, flexible and a good team player
- Strong communication in Thai and English.
