Job Summary:
As a UX Designer, you will help SCB TechX design and deliver leading and innovative user experiences across our digital product platforms. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, product owners, developers, and engineers in a collaborative agile environment. The UX Designer is directly responsible for leading the product requirement’s end to end design process from conducting discovery research, interpreting data to drive design, creating customer journeys, designing and wireframes. Your role will enable taking concepts forward and bringing them to life while championing the value that design can bring to the customers and the business.
Responsibilities :
UX Strategy:
- Collaborate with delivery team to conceptualize high level journey and high level flows of initial ideas and bring u user centric perspective to help define requirements.
- Approach things systemically and are a natural at zooming out to see the big picture, then diving in to nail the important details.
- Maintain the integrity of a product across a large organization.
UX Delivery:
- Can lead a squad in the design delivery of projects, working within the expected project scope and can effectively deliver on time and communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Co-work with product owners to generate user stories, personas, customer journeys, and flows for all service touch-points.
- Craft user flows, wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, prototypes, and other supporting elements for handover.
- Conduct usability tests and design evaluation
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in related fields.
- Have 1-5 years working in UX/UI design, user research or applied product research.
- Can apply user-centered design methodologies in concepting, to ideation, and iterative prototyping.
- Can lead the design delivery process of feature requirements with quality and timeliness.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, able to articulate and defend design decisions in Thai, and English.
- Demonstrate an outstanding body of work throughout portfolio, showcasing overall process, deliverables and personal contributions.
