Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying proactive technical opportunities and providing these businesses with the right technical set-up for their business goals
- Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate technical product adoption
- Become an expert on all Facebook Advertising technical solutions (including Shops, Pixel, CAPI, Catalog, Business Manager, Commerce Manager and other products as they become available)
- Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using the client’s technical Products and sharing the feedback from the Facebook Advertisers
- Champion in producing success stories from advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using more technical Facebook products.
- Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success in adopting technical solutions.
- Being very sales driven and leveraging customer satisfaction to encourage and engage the Advertiser towards improving results and increasing Budget.
- High engaged Advertiser to be transferred back to the Marketing Pro’
Qualifications
- Candidate should have passport valid for the next 14 months
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year or more years of experience in Sales and experience in Website development and/or cloud related technologies.
- Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
- Excellent English/Thai communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
- Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment.
- Proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and sales opportunities as well as communication with clients
