We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Responsibilities
- Identify staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
- Assist in the preparation of the relevant data and talent development analytics for operational and management analysis purposes at country level
- Prepare and update training material, conduct training class and evaluate participants
- Support the communication, education and execution of talent development policies and processes
- Help and maintain the positive engagement with employees
- Conduct training session and orientation for new employees and management team
- Supervise training team and subordinates
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in psychology, human resources or related field
- At least 1-2 year experience in Training or HR Training
- An experience in team management is a plus
- Understandings in Call Center or Customer service operation is highly advantaged
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing.
- Good to Excellent Command of English, both oral and in writing.
