In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

MAIN PURPOSE
This role is responsible to develop all counter personnel on education strategy for brand. Source, hire and train Beauty Consultant, Make Up Artist, Therapist. Manage stakeholder in executing events to maximize daily business goals, promotional activities and launches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct basic training for Beauty consultant both new BC.
- Conduct basic training and make up technique for Beauty Consultant and MUA.
- Implement training aids and methodologies (Case study, Role play, Simulation).
- Execute training session, Beauty workshop focus on Make Up.
- Arrange for and conduct onsite and offsite training when needed e.g., Sephora.
- On the job training & Supervise BC in selling technique.
- Live streaming on product benefit to increase sale (Focus on make up).
- Responsible of all counter tools e.g., Ipads/ Ms. Egg/ HSS/ Massage Roller.
- Arrange training manual.
- Consistently source and interview candidates for BC, MUA, Therapist. Ensure we have the best talent at all counters.
- Budget responsibility by maintain budget and process T&E in a timely manner and within the guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Senior Field Trainer level or above.
- Strong knowledge of beauty industry and understand complexity.
- Highly developed presentation skills across a range of training mediums and group sizes; including internal and external participants.
- Able to facilitate training seminars, ensuring maximized participant learning and understanding of content.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and others software related.
- Experience of researching, implementing, and managing digital solutions for learning.
- Excellent communication both in Thai and English.
