We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ฿30,000 - ฿55,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and live clients.
- Maintaining customer relations with our clients regarding their transactions.
- Conducts research regarding customers’ problems and provides practical solutions.
- Providing feedback to Supervisor/Department head on customer concerns.
- Preparing and generating reports relating to customers’ queries.
- Recording customers’ queries or concerns into the systems.
- Performs all other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Department Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Academic qualifications of at least Tertiary level with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field has an advantage for this position.
- Must have proficient knowledge in using electronic mail (e-mail), live chat, and other online communication tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work interdependently with a team.
- He/She should possess a hard-working attitude, and be able to cope with challenging tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all other programming used for presentation and marketing.
- Must be proficient in writing and speaking English and Thai language.
- The candidate should be able to work on a shifting schedule (day or night).
- Willing to work and relocate to Makati City, Philippines. (Free accommodation, Free meal on work schedule provided)
