Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all testing activities in the assigned project
- Define test strategy and develop master test plan
- Develop detailed test plan and test execution plan
- Manage the project test issues and risk
- Lead the test case design and development
- Manage/coordinate all test preparation tasks
- Communicate, mentor and train testers in test procedure
- Manage the test phase readiness check
- Manage test execution and defect tracking
- Report test progress and defect status to project team
- Create test result report
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information technology, Computer Science, MIS or IT related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in software testing in the test management role in complex software development projects
- Experience with automated testing technologies would be an advantage
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodology and software testing concepts and approaches.
- Strong communication skill and ability to perform formal communication and reporting, and lead meetings with creditability.
- Good in English language skills. Able to communicate in English both in written and verbal form.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, energetic, pro-active, and persistent.
- Good in people management skill and team supervisory
