Responsibilities :
- To allot sales target for Sales Executive in line with the market condition of the responsible area according to the marketing analysis information
- To plan sales promotion such as Consumer Promotion, Trade Promotion, Using Promotion Materials, Promotion Girl, and so on to settle sales promotion targets for Sales executive to achieve company target
- To control, follow up, and evaluate Sales Executive performance and problem-solving
- Set up sales targets for distributors according to the market condition of the responsible area by using sales analysis information background
- To inform distributors about the distribution policy in case of cost, quality, and market coverage
- Achieve assigned sales target, distribution, in-store execution, and customer portfolio development to drive general trade market
- To solve the problem in case of the performance does not meet marketing target of the company
- Enhancing budget spending of responsibility and implementation effectively
- Build a good relation and set proper promotion with outlet to increase sales volume to complete with the competitor
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business administration or a related field.
- At least 4-year experience in related FMCG sales management.
- Management knowledge.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
- Strong sense of responsibility and good leadership
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Be able to work upcountry
