Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Spare parts processes and leading the team in Asia Pacific and handling some customers groups / countries directly
- Training, mentoring and helping the team members in day to day working with processes, logistics and SAP
- Handling internal and external customer complaints and escalations
- Improving team productivity & performance and optimizing existing processes to provide excellent support to the customers and meet internal targets
- Coordination with various teams in HQ in Germany to ensure meeting customer expectations in Asia Pacific
- Regular communication with all stake holders e.g. management, sales, HQ
- Handling small projects related to spare parts management
Qualification :
- Customer centric and customer service oriented with experience in customer handling
- Experience in service / spare parts management, preferably in capital goods like machinery and in a regional role
- Experience or willing to develop into team management
- Able to lead team forward with motivation, enabling and guidance
- Assertive personality to get things done
- Detail oriented and has the ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills and responsiveness to any demand from customers or team
- Degree in engineering or business administration
- Very good English language communication skills and knowledge of German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and ERP-System, preferably SAP
- Working on a local contract in Bangkok, Thailand
