Required Experience and Skill include:
- At least 2-3 years experience as an Assistant T&C Manager in similar capacity hotel and ready to set up in the leading role.
- Welcoming and cheerful personality
- Truly embraces the energy of a team player and builder.
- Self-starter and movtivator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with government policies related with talent and culture, welfare and labor relations.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the development and fornulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel.
- Supervises and provides consulation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget and labor relations.
- Takes a leadership role in developing a culture that support the hotel’s strategic goals.
- Leads performance management and talent assessment.
