Job description
- Contact with whose involvement the production monthly plan and forecast , production department , Quality department, Food Technology.
- Monitor the Raw Material incoming per plan and inventory exposure.
- Notice for Raw Material impact to the production plan, update Raw Material problem and expedite Raw Material Incoming and past due.
- Review raw material and follow up for ensure all available to produce in each day.
- Co-ordinate and confirm Material trial run for new product or new formulation.
- Continually to improve analysis report time provide to Planning Division Manager for decision making .
- Report any risk of weekly, monthly Raw material movement to Planning Division Manager.
- Monitors project’s progress to ensure it’s following the schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Experience in demand & supply planning in the Food & Beverage
- 3 years minimum working experience
- A positive and flexible approach, ready and willing to turn your hand to anything to get the job done
- Strong analytical skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
