Pravet Jobs Supervisor, Product Engineer Fn5 (bb) Position at PANDORA

Responsibilities;

• Accountability for leading & manage production testing team to performs testing new product SOV Phase to delivery output, lead time and quality achieve target
• Follow up for day by day issue and utilize production testing team to deliver testing output on time and achieve target
• Support product engineering team to prepare handover package, WI and related document
• Support product engineering team regarding to record production data, information, and manpower
• Encourage & ensure team the same view of direction and goal
• Build & Develop team regarding to pride, passion, and performance
• Working under pressure and short lead time for new product testing.
• Complexity and varieties of new products
• Apply logic and technical skill to manage & solving issue for drive output to target.

Qualifications;

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in manufacturing, NPI, production, process engineer
• OR at least 10 years and above in production process or non-engineering background (At least 3-5 years of experience in Supervisory level)
• Good Computer skills ie Microsoft Office
• Good of both written and spoken English
• Preferred Competencies,
  • Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure within a limited timeline
  • Good knowledge about production process especially jewellery manufacturing process
  • Have knowledge about Engineering tools
  • Technical competency in analytical, problem solving skills, process management
  • Good coordination and communication skill
  • Good leadership and teamwork
