Our company Yanet Asia PTE CO.,LTD is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Bangkok and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Degree and experienced in the field of , as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of store manager/ผู้จัดการร้าน and be able to work in full time & permanent system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ฿20,000 - ฿25,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

บทบาทและความรับผิดชอบ
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลให้การดำเนินงานประจำวันเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ดำเนินการตามหน้าที่การเปิดและปิดประจำวันในร้านอย่างถูกต้อง
- รับผิดชอบในการสั่งสินค้าและพัสดุ รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังของสินค้าและวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง
- ดูแลให้พนักงานทุกคนปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน SOP, SOC ของบริษัท และนำทีมเป็นอย่างดี
- ประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ารายการทั้งหมดได้รับการจัดเตรียมและเสิร์ฟทันที
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัยของอาหารตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- ฝึกสอนและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเพื่อคุณภาพและความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อความเรียบร้อยและความสะอาดของภาชนะบริการ
- รับฟังความต้องการ ข้อร้องเรียน และข้อซักถามของลูกค้า
- การจัดการเงินสด ระบบ POS และรายงานการรับเงินสดเมื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่
- รับผิดชอบบันทึกรายงานการขายประจำวัน จัดทำรายการวัสดุเครื่องดื่มและผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งหมด เพื่อให้การฝึกอบรม คำแนะนำ การฝึกสอน และให้คำปรึกษาแก่พนักงานบริการใหม่
ความต้องการ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้าน F&B / Retail Operations
- บุคลิกดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีแรงจูงใจสูงและเต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้
- ลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลางและเข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี ให้ความร่วมมือ รับผิดชอบในส่วนที่ตัวเองได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีการฝึกอบรมภาคปฏิบัติให้
- บทบาทที่เน้นการปฏิบัติจริงและมุ่งเน้นลูกค้า ดังนั้นเราจึงต้องการใครสักคนที่มีแรงขับ มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความแน่วแน่
