We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Specification Sales Manager. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the service business development strategy for Thailand in Chemical Construction.
- Follow up the project in the project pipeline from specification and sales with Designer and Architect.
- Develop new clients and ensure prequalification status is achieved and maintained with customers in the market.
- Develop close working relationships with existing and potential customers at buyer level.
- Ensuring all sales activity adheres to company systems, processes and procedures.
- Investigate new business opportunities in Thailand market.
- Assist with company division sales forecasting.
- Issue a monthly report with overview of previous and forthcoming month sales activity.
- Ensuring all Sales activity adheres to company systems, processes, and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (Architecture would be an advantage)
- At least 5 years of sales or Specification experiences
- Have knowledge in construction work or architecture would be an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outgoing personality with good sales skills
- Have own car and driving license.
Benefit :
- Basic Salary : 50 – 70K+ baht (negotiation)
- Car Allawance : 15,00 baht/month
- Other expense (fuel, toll fee, parking, medical, etc )
