Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Supply chain, business administration, Industrial-engineering or other related fields.
- 5 years’ experience in material planning, production control or logistics in industry
- 5 Year Experience (SCM, Logistic, Delivery, Production control)
- Minimum 5 years ’in foreign invested manufacturing, Preferably mold injection area. Experience on OEM ordering system.
- Computer literacy and ERP-SAP system (SD, PP, WM, Module) will be advantage
Job Description :
- SALES & PRODUCTION PLANNING
- Coordinate sales firm order and forecaster and inform to concerned department via SAP and Excel.
- Prepare shipping document regarding to customer requirements and take a lead on interna. communication on delivery and quality issues from customers.
- Prepare sales report and update sales forecast. including problem solving analysis on delivery issues.
- Release production planning and coordinate with production to ensure that production can meet a production planning (MPS) PP module.
- Support new project or concerned project.
INVENTORY CONTROL
- Control and minimize FG inventory stock to meet KPIs.
- Support to conduct monthly physical and cycling count.
- Keeps updated the inventory of finish good with related parties.
- Support to conduct yearly physical and cycling count and send accounting with high accuracy on report.
SAP SETUP DATA & CUSTOMER WEB PORTAL
- Create and maintain SD&PP management master data.
- Support all event for a new customer requirement need to be create in SAP.
- Create SAP system which required by customers and Monitors overall system integrity as it relates to electronic releases from customers to getting the shipping.
