- มอบหมายงานที่ตกลงให้กับผู้รับเหมา และควบคุมความคืบหน้าโครงการโดยรวมของงานโยธา/งานก่อสร้าง
- จัดหาผู้รับเหมาหลักรายใหม่
- ประสานงานกับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า แจ้งปัญหา และดำเนินการแก้ไขสัญญาเพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ทั้งสองฝ่าย
- ประสานงานและเป็นหัวหน้าทีมในโครงการภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตร ร่วมถึงบริหาร outsource และตรวจสอบการทำงานต่าง ๆ ของทาง supplier กับ outsource
- สร้างและปรับปรุงทีม ให้มีความสามารถที่จะรับงานขนาดใหญ่ขึ้น และรองรับกับการขยายตัวของบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติงาน ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรม สาขา ไฟฟ้า , เครื่องกล
- มีประสบการณ์การควบคุมงานโครงการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีทักษะ ภาษาหอังกฤษ สามารถ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้
