- ประมาณราคางาน MEP ในโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ BOQ เบื้องต้น และประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ควบคุมการจัดการประกวดราคา ผรม. งาน MEP ตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- รวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกวดราคา และการทำสัญญา ของ ผรม. MEP รวมไปถึงประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วางแผนและจัดทำงบประมาณการ งานระบบไฟฟ้า สาธารณูปโภค สุขาภิบาล ระบบไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร ระบบดับเพลิง ระบบปรับอากาศได้
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานระบบอาคารสูง อย่างน้อย 1-5 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
