Job Description
REPORT TO: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
TYPE OF COMPANY BUSINESS: HEALTHCARE
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Saturday (08.00 – 17.00)
WORKING LOCATION: Bangkok , Chonburi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and oversee proper maintenance and repair work on Facility Systems and Utility Equipment of Testing Operation such as Mechanical Equipment, Electrical Supply Systems e.g. Air Condition, Water Supply Systems, included troubleshooting.
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and coordinating with Supplier/Vender.
- Prepare Monthly Report Manage terms of operational management, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance.
- Response appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Support project implementation.
- Performs related work as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical
- At least 3 years experience in Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, Facility Systems such as Electrical / Water Supply Systems in the Healthcare environment
- Experience in supervisory level not less than 3 years
- Having License for Professional Practice (ใบก.ว.)
- Diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer programs; Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- ตรวจสอบควบคุมทีมงาน ตรวจสอบการทำงานของทีมงาน
- ประชุมร่วมกับหน้างาน ร่วมประชุมกับผู้ว่างจ้าง
- จัดเตรียมแผนการทำงาน ทวนสอบแผนการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานไปครบถ้วน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำเดือน
- ให้คำปรึกษาทีมงาน แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน
- ตรวจเช็คเครื่องจักรภายในอาคารให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ TOR
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาเครื่องกล สาขาไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานระดับหัวหน้างานไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานโรงพยาบาล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ ระบบ ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 JCI
- มีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ Power Point) ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฏหมายแรงงาน และกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบ กว.วิศวกร
