The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

- Communicate with customers (local and overseas) for understanding and resolving product quality problems in the markets
- Cooperate with all concerned teams (design, manufacturing, quality, and sale) to provide the appropriate solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Perform an initial check on problematic parts and/or details relating to the Toshiba air conditioning system
- Consolidate the customer feedback for market quality issues on a monthly basis, then report the situation to the concerned teams
- Communicate with customers about any quality problems or WiFi connectivity problems related to Toshiba or Carrier air conditioning products
- Analyze customer feedback data in order to use it to improve product quality
- Cooperate with the internal core team in resolving product quality problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in after-sale service support, engineering jobs, or customer quality support in air conditioning or electronics companies
- Knowledge of computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT, SAP, etc.)
- Good command of English
- Service mind and an open mind for new challenges
- Air conditioning system knowledge is preferable.
- Willing to learn for technological innovation (WiFi connection, basic database knowledge, etc.)
- New graduates are also welcome
