Purpose of the role
Role of senior travel marketingin this role you will be taking care of the complete reservation process including starting from receiving requests from inbound and outboundcustomer, preparing offers and quotations, and timely follow-up and booking of all services, hotels and suppliers in Thailand and abroad. You are also responsible to issue vouchers to hotels and other suppliers as well as the invoicing process and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
- Responsible for communication with inbound and outbound tour operators
- Preparation of itineraries and quotations
- Sending reservation requests to hotels and land service providers in Thailand and Out of Thailand
- Follow up on sent-over programs
- Coordination with the operation department with our offices in booking land services
- Follow up payment with its customers
- General tour operation tasks
Qualifications / Desired experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Good command of English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a travel & tourism company.
- Specific knowledge in Thailand and/or Asia, Europe, America
- Experience with FIT and GIT/series bookings of advantage
- Experience with RESERVATION software system of advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPointetc)
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season. A “CAN DO” attitude and positive thinking, including creative thinking
