หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ออกแบบ,วางแผน,ดูแล,แก้ไขปัญหา,ปรับปรุง และบำรุงรักษา ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของบริษัท อาทิ
Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, ระบบ Network, FortiGate Firewall, VMWare/HCI, Antivirus, Veeam Backup, Microsoft 365
- รับผิดชอบการใช้โซลูชั่นความปลอดภัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ (Firewall, VPN และอื่น ๆ)
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและรับรองความพร้อมใช้งานและความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบ
- จัดทำแผนดูแล ติดตาม บำรุงรักษา ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
- รับผิดชอบจัดทำเอกสารโครงการที่จำเป็นสำหรับการถ่ายทอดความรู้
- วางแผนและพัฒนาความสามารถของทีมงานให้ดีขึ้นทั้งในส่วน Technical และ Operation Support
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการจัดการระบบ Server Virtualization (VMware, VSAN) และการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีความปลอดภัยต่างๆ
- มีความชำนาญทางด้านระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตรงต่อเวลา
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ Infrastructure Network, Security
- มีใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์
