We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.

Job Purpose
Job Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ และวัสดุต่างๆ ตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยเจรจา ต่อรอง รวมถึงดำเนินการอื่นๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุข้อตกลงซื้อขายที่เป็นธรรม เหมาะสม และได้รับวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์และวัสดุต่างๆ ที่มีราคา คุณภาพ ปริมาณ และระยะเวลาการส่งมอบตามต้องการ
- สรรหาแหล่งขายและผู้ขายรายใหม่ โดยวางแผนจัดซื้อ จัดหา และเจรจาต่อรอง เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสินค้าและการบริการตามหมวดหมู่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายในปริมาณ ที่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ
- ติดตาม และพัฒนาผู้ขาย เพื่อให้มีการส่งมอบครบตามจำนวน ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา และได้ตามคุณภาพที่กำหนด รวมทั้งติดตามแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพสินค้าอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ (NC/Claim/Complain)
- บริหารจัดการ จัดเตรียม ประสานงานเอกสารจัดซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงใบอนุญาตินำเข้าและการขอชดเชยภาษี เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอน และนโยบายการทำงาน รวมถึงจัดเก็บตามระบบควบคุมเอกสารที่กำหนดไว้
- ประสานงานกับผู้ขาย เพื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาอนุมัติขึ้นทะเบียนประวัติผู้ขาย (ASL)
- รวบรวม จัดทำข้อมูลการซื้อขายของผู้ขายในความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทาง หรือวิธีการใหม่ๆ ในการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย ลดต้นทุน ลดพลังงาน หรืออื่นๆ แก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อประโยชน์ในด้านการบริหารต้นทุน และ/หรือบริหารคุณภาพสินค้าและบริการ
- ร่วมดำเนินโครงการลดต้นทุนตามนโยบายบริษัท ในส่วนของการลดต้นทุนจากการจัดซื้อจัดหา
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป Food Science and Technology หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 4 ปี ด้านการจัดซื้อในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือ จัดซื้อทั่วไป
- มีความสามารถและทักษะภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานทั้งลูกค้าภายในและ ผู้ขาย
- มีความระเอียดรอบคอบและการวางแผนการทำงานและติดตามงานที่ดี
