We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Position Summary:
Responsibility for managing product management, people management, new model, production planning, Inventory Control, basic financial planning and production cost structure for manufacturing.
Responsibilities of Position:
1.Determines customer’s needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain production-planning information.
2.Work in conjunction with all manufacturing heads to ensure to meet manufacturing KPI.
3.Make sure critical assessment of DL, IDL cost to sale and department budgets under manufacturing budget.
4.Cost saving programs with timeline and assessment goals for the Manufacturing department.
5.Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product or any 4M changes for the production team.
6.Understanding global documentation in QMS, communications to production team.
7.Obtains material required for delivery share by working with the production department.
8.Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long term product capacity forecast and including corrective action, answering questions and requests.
9.Product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
10.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
11.Maintains product management staff by recurring, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
12.Maintains product management staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees planning monitoring, and appraising job results.
13.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.
14.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15.KPI report booking correcting data for the manufacturing department.
16.Q-Plant system control and correct record.
17.Well understanding of “Milk Run’ systems.
18.Working environment according to occupational health and safety requirements and law compliance.
19.Effective communications systems through the company.
20.Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
2.Preferable at least 6 years experience of management level of Manufacturing.
3.IATF16949,ISO45001
Physical Requirement & Working Conditions:
24 hours standby via mobile phone.
