We are hiring for the position of Senior Party Coordinator Officer (HORECA) with full time working hours for our company office, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, for residents of Jatuchak and its neighboring areas.

รายละเอียดงานและหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1.ดำเนินการสนับสนุนบริการจัดเลี้ยง (Catering) ในกลุ่มลูกค้าช่องทางสำนักงาน,บ้าน และช่องทางอื่นๆ ระดับพรีเมี่ยมให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท

2.ร่วมกำหนด Package, โปรโมชั่นต่างๆ เพื่อตอบสนองกลุ่มลูกค้าและสร้างยอดขาย ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
3.ติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวและวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมทางการตลาดของคู่แข่งขันเพื่อนำผลการวิเคราะห์มาปรับแผนส่งเสริมการขาย เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งได้
4.สามารถติดต่อประสานงาน สำรวจพื้นที่ วางแผนการจัดวาง การตกแต่งสถานที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินการจัดเลี้ยง (Catering) Functions & Party ตรวจสอบดูแล รักษา ทรัพย์สิน และอุปกรณ์ของบริษัท ให้มีประสิทธิภาพพร้อมกับการขยายธุรกิจอยู่เสมอ
5.ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจจัดเลี้ยง อาหาร และเครื่องดื่มเป็นอย่างดี สามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
6.มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจประเภทเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และเครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์
7.มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ การวางแผน และการตัดสินใจ
8.มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ อดทน อัธยาศัยดี รักงานกิจกรรมพิเศษ
9.มีความคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดงานจัดเลี้ยงประเภทต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติ

Educations Background (การศึกษา)
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาการโรงแรม หรือ ท่องเที่ยว หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Professional Experiences (ประสบการณ์การทำงาน)
• ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านงานอีเว้นต์ Party Function หรือจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• หากเคยเป็น Mixologist หรือ Bartender จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS (ความรู้และทักษะ)
• การจัดงานอีเว้นต์/งานกิจกรรมพิเศษ

• การจัดและตกแต่งสถานที่
• การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ลูกค้า และการสร้างความพึงพอใจในการบริการ
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องดื่ม องค์ประกอบและที่มาของส่วนผสม
• มีบุคลิกภาพดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานในสภาวะความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาและสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ หรือนอกเวลาได้
• มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำ
• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ อดทน อัธยาศัยดี รักงานกิจกรรมพิเศษ
• มี Sense of ownership/entrepreneurship insights
• ปฏิบัติงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์) เวลา 08.30 – 17.00 น.
