Responsibilities:
- ดำเนินการจัดหาผู้ขายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ต่อรองราคาและวางแผนสั่งซื้อ
- ประสานงานเปิด PO ตาม Order จากหน่วยงานขายเพื่อส่งให้ Supplier ต่างประเทศในการสั่งสินค้า
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะการสั่งซื้อสินค้าในแต่ละเดือน
- ประสานติดต่อสั่งซื้อสินค้ากับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง, ติดต่อเคลมสินค้ากับ Supplier ที่ต่างประเทศ เพื่อเป็นไปตาม Spec สินค้าที่บริษัทต้องการ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานเพื่อจัดส่งสินค้า และติดตามสินค้าจากต่างประเทศตามเวลาที่กำหนดให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ประสานงานติดตามและตรวจสอบเอกสารนำเข้ากับ Shipper, Forwarder และ Customs broker ในการนำเข้าสินค้าให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนและทันตามเวลาที่กำหนดตรวจสอบเอกสารการนำเข้าสินค้าได้แก่ Invoice, Packing list, AWB, B/L และขอใบอนุญาตนำเข้า
Requirements:
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน logistics, supply chain, freight forwarder หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบและนำเข้าส่งออกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและการแก้ปัญหา
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้ในระดับดี
- ทักษะด้านการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Ms Offices)
