We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of (Senior) Officer, Organization Effectiveness (3-Year Contract, Renewable). We offer you the salary rates ranging from ฿24,000 - ฿45,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Key Accountabilities
- Study, analyze, design, and recommend effective key business processes and systems throughout the business cycle in alignment with the company business strategy and direction
- Define business requirements, provide solutions balancing with proper assurances and decision point as well as aligning with the working model, and execute the improvement of key business processes including consider impact to the company committee structures
- Study, recommend adoption and implementation of business process improvement tools and best practices
- Update, maintain and improve Delegation of Authority with the process owners and key users. Be the custodian of PTTEP Delegation of Authority and Signature (DAS)
- Define working relationship between Corporate, Asset, and Project and provide advice in terms of mechanism or tools to ensure smooth work process
- Drive, coordinate, and facilitate change management regarding the new and/or improved of key business process and authority to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in management or related fields
- At least 10 years’ experience of diverse business and analytical experience
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC > 750)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal effectively with management and top management
- Good negotiation & convincing skills
- Open mindset and adaptability to changes and be able to work in agile culture
