We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. We are offering a salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. 1.Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
2.Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
3.Source candidates by using databases and social media
4.Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
5.Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
6.Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
7.Collaborate for defined competence gap of position for improvement.
8. To create plan /course /tips for all the position and organize to training /activities for develop the employee’s potential.
9.Search & find the program by match to all position in the company.
10.Design , plan and implement as company’s employee engagement programs , policies and procedures
11.Other additional relate HR function which top management assign.
1.Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Human Resource , Business Administration or any related fields.
2.At least 5 years; experience in Human Resource function in Electronics or related manufacturing fields.
3.Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
4.Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
5.Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS) will be advantage.
