- ประกาศรับสมัครพนักงานและนัดสัมภาษณ์เพื่อสรรหาบุคลากร ให้กับบริษัท ตามการวางแผนอัตรากำลังพล
- จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง จัดเก็บเอกสารของพนักงานและบริษัท
- Orientation แก่พนักงานใหม่
- ดำเนินการทำเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ประกันกลุ่ม ประกันสังคม
- ประกาศข่าวสารต่างๆของบริษัทและประสานงานฝ่ายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงานประจำเดือน
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆเช่น ใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบเสร็จ, ใบกำกับภาษี
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบงาน HR เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฏหมายแรงงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- หากใช้งานระบบ Flow account ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, ประสานงาน และทำงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดีเยี่ยม
- มี Service Mind, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและมีทัศนคติในการทำงานเชิงบวก
- มีคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นของตัวเอง
