We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Senior Executive, Office Procurement & Administration (with excellent English communication). For candidates who reside in Pathumwan and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Frasers Property Management Services (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and willing to work in our office under full time & permanent working hours system.

We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall Office procurement activities (Sourcing, Analyze and Evaluate)
  • Responsible for staff equipment support (Company car, Fleet card, Easy pass, Parking, Access card, etc.)
  • Responsible for overall office services ( Disinfection, Pest control etc.)
  • Support for document retention services 
  • Be a contact person to the Building and handle all related to the building services
  • Prepares and approves documents such as requisitions, purchase and cheque requests.
  • Maintain and keep related report and data up to date
  • Travel management ( Hotel, Airfare, Visa, Insurance)
  • Handle for employees mobile phone
  • Manage for office operation services (printing machine)
  • Monitor and manage company asset and tracking report
  • Process and mange Payment 
  • Coordinate and assist with company event and perform related work as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree any discipline or relevant field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of admin and office procurement or in a related area 
  • Experience to office renovation and relocation
  • Experience in SAP (MM module) are preferable.
  • Be able to work under high pressure and tight deadline.
  • Be able to initiate, carry out, coordinate, follow up with tasks.
  • Good skill in managing time, cost, and quality.
  • Good command of English communication.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office of Excel and AutoCAD would be advantage.
