Responsibilities:
- ดูแลฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า/บริหารฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า
- จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย และเพื่อสานสายสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเก่า
- คิดกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจและตรงกับความนิยมในช่วงนั้น
- คิด Content เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมของ CRM ในช่องทาง Social ต่างๆ
- วางแผนด้าน Content เกี่ยวกับ CRM ในเชิงสร้างสรรค์และพัฒนาเนื้อหาคุณภาพ ในรูปแบบต่างๆ ที่เหมาะสมกับ Social Media
Qualification:
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขานิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง สื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ใส่ใจเรื่องมารยาททางสังคม
- แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้แพลตฟอร์ม Social Media เช่น YouTube, Facebook,Tiktok
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องและนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ได้
- สามารถทำงานกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างเป็นมืออาชีพ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้ระดับพอใช้-ดี
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์หรืออาทิตย์ได้หากจำเป็น
