Position Overview:
The Senior Creative Copywriter is responsible for writing and proofing clear, multifaceted copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice with superb quality control. Will serve as an in-house professional writer collaborating closely with our in-house marketing communications team for all key communication channels and audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to produce, craft and proofread copy to create clear, compelling and, engaging content while acting as the brand steward, understanding the brief and target audience to generate customer action and engagement.
- Develop ideas, research topics, conduct interviews, and build on solutions to complement content strategy and visual concepts across a variety of relevant customer touch points including website, emails, social media, online magazine, events, marketing materials and customer letters.
- Collaborate with an in-house creative team from designers to project managers and business stakeholders on various campaigns, targeting a wide range of audiences from Potential Club Points Owners, Existing Owners, Team Members & Business Partners) to ensure effective delivery of projects within deadlines and requirements.
- Support various programme and product launches, marketing plans, and campaigns and provide creative work on an ad-hoc basis.
- Identify refinement opportunities periodically through SEO keyword optimization and be involved in brand audits to continuously elevate the effectiveness and the standard of written copy.
- Support the team to efficiently organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Candidates that are familiar with Martech trends and formulating communication strategies and customer journeys have an advantage.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
- Proven track record of creative compelling content with relevant experience Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Self-driven with a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve stakeholder feedback with an optimistic attitude Knowledgeable about the timeshare industry within Asia and abroad is an advantage.
