Responsibilities:
– Handle administrative duties for VP Marketing including but not limited to meeting planning, diary management, expenses, filing
– Attend Marketing Meetings, assist with set-up, take and circulate minutes
– Build presentations
– Conduct competitor research studies as requested
– Periodic website content audits and reports
– Prepare and issue barter agreements which are set-up by Marketing teams
– Stationery ordering and management
– Monthly PR values report
– Consumer fair tracking support
– Annual report content coordination
– Adhoc social media content publishing support
– Management of marketing petty cash
– Co-ordinate Marketing team build and employee engagement activities
– Create induction plans and arrange site inspections for new team members
– Perform other duties as designated by VPs Marketing
