We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
– Provide secretarial job and other task as assigned.
– Manage the executive’s appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements.
– Travel coordination i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, transportation, visa, etc.
– Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
– Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
– Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
– Assist in general office admin tasks
– Other tasks as assigned
Specifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– Good communication skills & good service mind.
– Excellence in English communication both speaking & writing.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Good computer literacy (MS.Office ,MS.Excel , MS.Word)
