- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายพื้นที่เช่าคลังสินค้า ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
- มีทักษะการวางแผน การบริหารยอดขาย
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ( หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ )
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันได้ (เสาร์-อาทิตย์)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Set up plan and meeting with top management of potential customers.
- Plan and visit potential customers for update and follow up project status and looking for business dealing
- Co-operate with all department head for business set up and growth
- Create business plan and sales strategy to match the company’s revenue target and profitability.
- Read and Guide all account Executive to ensure all the detail is conducted exactly.
- Conducting monthly review meeting to collect feedback and optimize action plans.
- Initiate and coordinate development and action plans to penetrate potential client.
