- Support Store Director to oversee floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the Store
- Manage a retail sales team while overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, complaints handling, etc.
- Lead and motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with the brand’s standards and requirements
- Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a feedback culture
- Build a customer database and maintain a good relationship with valuable customers and VIP
Requirement
- Experienced in senior sales, a supervisor from the luxury industry
- Proven successful experience in people management, selling, and managing sales teams
- Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, risk-taking & dynamic
- High sensitivity to clients’ experiences and loyalty
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a plus
- Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
