Introduction
We are currently hiring a Sales, Marketing & Communication Executive who will be responsible for managing the design, implementation and management of a range of online & offline sales and communication strategies.
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
Sales Function:
- Cold calling, mailing and fieldwork to generate leads and reach the assigned sales’s objectives.
Marketing Function:
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with the company direction.
- Creating and managing all marketing materials including copy write articles, social posts, videos etc. to promote company services and brand.
- Manage and optimize channels and platforms including email, website, social media to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Understanding Google Analytics to improve user acquisition on media.
- Use CRM systems to support and track effectiveness of various campaigns.
- Estimate and control the budget assigned for marketing campaigns.
- Implementing online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation,etc.
- Understanding of WordPress, Web Design, upkeep, and website updating to ensure the systems are functioning properly.
- Organizing events for the company and attending outside business networking events.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position will be appreciated
- Newly graduated applicants will be considered if adequately skilled
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English, other languages especially French will be appreciated
- Good content writing and creativity is a must
- Ability to prioritize and multitasks, Independent and hands-on
- Teamwork and sharing, Positive attitude, A pleasant manner
- Holder of life or non-life Insurance License would be helpful (Non-holder will need to accept going through the test upon probation)
