Job Description
- Be responsible for administrative tasks for Sales, Marketing and R&D teams
- Be in charge of Stock& Asset control and procurement parts
- Support documentations using a company’s systems called Norming and Uni-Logi systems
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 1 year experience in Sales coordinator, Sales support, Administrator or related
- Good command of Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Strong in service-mind, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
