Duties and Responsibility :-
- Provide high level service and applications support to customers on the Company’s products.
- Attend to any call made by customers require supporting.
- Coordinating with customers for Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance.
- Flexible for working schedule re-arrangement or relocation.
- Coordinating with foreign clients and officers.
- Monitoring & Overview Sales activity to achieve customer requirement.
- Coordinate & negotiate with related parties to do business go on well and smoothly.
- Control & Monitor supplier’s performance.
- Develop and implement sales potential.
QUALIFICATIONS :-
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Min 0-5 years working experience in any related fields
- Good command in spoken and written English with TOEIC score over 500
- Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and etc.)
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team.
- Able to travel on short notice
