□Job Responsibilities
(Office Interior & Exhibition Booth Designe)
/ Management of obtaining quotations from local Thai vendors, scheduling, confirming payments, etc.
/ Confirmation of construction regulations for each office building and exhibition hall, and application work prior to construction.
/ Assist in overall scheduling of projects with Japanese managers.
/ Responding to inquiries from Thai customers and coordinating with Japanese managers.
(Office real estate & Land real estate)
/ Check the availability and terms of each office building.
/ Assistance in scheduling and accompany property viewings.
/ Assistance in coordinating conditions of contracting.
/ Responding to inquiries from Thai customers and coordinating with Japanese managers.
/ Assist Thai staff in the land real estate department & HR(General Work).
** Experience in the interior decorating, trade show or real estate industry would be an advantage, but is not specifically required. Even if you have no experience, our Japanese manager will support you from the very beginning.
□Requirement :
/ Educational background
Bachelor’s degree in any field
/ Experience in
** At least 2 years – 5 years as sales coordinator.
/ Skills & Characteristic
** Good command in English and if you have TOEIC Score test will be advantage(Over 600).
++No Need Japanese
** Excel(Familiarity with formulas & Basic Functions) & Word & Power Point.
** Flexibility and ability to multitask.
** Being responsible and honest with tasks and duty
