Responsibilities :
- จัดทำแผนงานส่งเสริมการขายออกแบบและพัฒนากิจกรรมในโซเชียลมีเดีย รวมถึงกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- ออกแบบการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ ให้มีความน่าสนใจ เพื่อให้บรรลุกระบวนการ Lead To Cash สามารถพัฒนา Lead ที่บริษัทฯจัดหาให้ และมีความสามารถในการหา Lead ใหม่ที่น่าสนใจ ต่อยอดไปจนถึงการขายโครงการได้
- จัดทำแผนงานส่งเสริมการขาย พร้อมติดตามประเมินผล เพื่อให้บรรลุจุดประสงค์ 5 ขั้นตอน (awareness, consideration, purchase, service, loyalty)
- ออกแบบและพัฒนากิจกรรมในโซเชียลมีเดีย รวมถึงกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด และปฏิบัติงานตามแผนเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้กลุ่มบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ไปยังกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ และศึกษาเทรนด์ของตลาดด้าน Online เป็นหลักในปัจจุบัน เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์
- วิจัยและพัฒนาทางการตลาดเพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้บริโภค ระบุแนวโน้มตลาด วางแผนงาน และแนะนำการปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทางการตลาดของบริษัท
- มีส่วนร่วมในการหาแนวคิดใหม่ๆ ทำงานเป็นทีมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และอัปเดตสถานการณ์กับทีม Marketing และ ทีม Developer อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เกี่ยวกับ Product ในความดูแล
- บริหารจัดการช่องทางการตลาดที่มีอยู่ได้อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมศึกษาช่องทางใหม่ๆ เพื่อขยายช่องทางการตลาด
- ออกแบบการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ ให้มีความน่าสนใจ เพื่อให้บรรลุกระบวนการ Lead To CashสามารถพัฒนาLead ที่บริษัทฯจัดหาให้ และมีความสามารถในการหา Lead ใหม่ที่น่าสนใจต่อยอดไปจนถึงการขายโครงการได้
- นำข้อมูลจากการเข้าพบลูกค้า กลับมาเพื่อเป็นไอเดียในการพัฒนาทางด้านการตลาด รวมถึงการพัฒนา Feature และ Product ใหม่ๆ
- ส่งต่อข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องให้ทีมงานเพื่อใช้สนับสนุนให้สามารถส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้าได้ครบถ้วน
- การรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่สำคัญโดยการเยี่ยมชมเป็นประจำ ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของพวกเขา และคาดการณ์โอกาสทางการตลาดใหม่ๆ
Qualification :
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การพัฒนาการตลาด /หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ Illustrator หรือ Photoshop ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดมากกว่า 3 ปี และมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ Software & Solution
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานทางด้านHealth Tech (จะเป็นส่วนที่ให้ความสำคัญในการพิจารณา)
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการผลิตสื่อในรูปแบบต่างๆแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลและออนไลน์อื่น ๆ
- มีความรู้ ภาษาไทย อังกฤษ อย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำโฆษณา online บน platform ต่างๆ ·
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจทางด้าน Health Tech
