- บริหารทีมขายในโครงการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและสามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายและโอนที่ตั้งไว้
- กําหนดเป้าหมายการขาย วางแผนการขาย และดําเนินงานขายตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วางแผนโปรโมชั่นในร่วมกับทางทีมการตลาด
- บริหารยอดขาย / โอนให้สอดคล้องกับ Stock บ้าน คอนโด ที่มีอยู่ในแต่ละโครงการ
- วางแผนและประเมินการยอดขาย / โอน รายเดือน ไตรมาส ครึ่งปี และประจำปี
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของทีมขายในแต่ละโครงการ รวมทั้งตรวจเช็คมาตรฐานของสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น สำนักงานขาย บ้านตัวอย่าง ให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานที่วางไว้
