หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ : Roles & Responsibilities
- ทำใบเสนอราคา ใบรับเงินมัดจำ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน เพื่อ support ฝ่ายขาย ใน Ms.Excel
- จัดเก็บเอกสาร และพิมพ์เอกสารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายจัดส่ง และฝ่ายอื่นๆ
- งานเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทำงาน จันทร์-เสาร์ เวลา 8:00-17:00 น.
คุณสมบัติ : Requirements
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านธุรการ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการเกี่ยวกับวัสดุก่อสร้าง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า
- ใข้โปรแกรม Ms.Office โดยเฉพาะ Ms.Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงานให้สำเร็จ และพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
- สามารถปรับตัวกับการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และพร้อมจะโตไปกับเรา
