In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ฿24,000 - ฿45,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, hotel, car & ground transportation reservations, visa applications, and travel insurance arrangements.
- Planning of travel itineraries, making reservations and ticketing, refunding, and invoicing.
- Understand clients’ need for complete accurate records of bookings and offer the best alternatives available in terms of pricing and routing.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance with the SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT & clients’ travel policies and maintain accurate client profiles.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and sound travel advice to corporate clients.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with our corporate clients.
- Responsible for any tasks assigned by the company.
- Handling reservations by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS) or B2B site.
- Continuously monitor the booking system.
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances.
- Ensure all cases are solved within the required timeframe following the company’s SOPs
- Enhance team performance.
- Ensuring that customer travel requirements and needs are fulfilled.
- Manage working relationships with airlines and escalate any issues as per SOPs.
- Distributing price quotations and information for customer requirements.
- Issuing & reissuing tickets manually and automating.
- Continuously monitor the booking system.
Qualifications and experience
- At least a bachelor’s degree in tourism, communications, business, or related
- Requires excellent communication skills with business owners and executives.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently exercising discretion and judgment.
- Minimum 2 years in the airline industry with reservations and ticketing system skills (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) knowledge, or Minimum 2 years in an Online Travel Agency (BSP Agency).
- Knowledge in Fare & Pricing / Ticketing / Reissuing / Refund.
- Previous customer contact experience combined with telephone customer service skills is preferred.
