Job Purpose
มีความรู้ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์เศรษฐกิจมหภาคในภาพรวมของโลก ผู้สมัครจะทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ และผู้บริหารในหน่วยงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ โดยผู้สมัครในอุดมคติจะต้องมีความทักษะในการประยุกต์ใช้วิธีการและข้อมูลใหม่ๆ สำหรับการวิจัยเศรษฐกิจมหภาค ได้แก่ ภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจโลก แนวโน้มดีมานต์และซัพพลายทางด้านอาหารและวัตถุดิบ ค่าขนส่งระหว่างประเทศและในประเทศ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน รวมถึงความเฉียบแหลมทางธุรกิจ และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี เพื่อช่วยวิเคราะห์ ศึกษาและแนะนำการแก้ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนที่จุดตัดสินใจของภาพรวมธุรกิจ ต้นทุน เทคโนโลยี และ ความเสี่ยง
รวมถึงเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีมในการวิเคราะห์และวางกลยุทธ์ ประสานงานทีมงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบเพื่อให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้ได้สินค้าและบริการที่มีความเหมาะสมทั้งในด้านราคา, คุณภาพ, ทันต่อความต้องการใช้งาน รวมไปถึงการบริหารต้นทุนภาพรวม
Key Responsibities and Activities
1. การทำบทวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจ ( macroeconomy )
1.1 การทำบทวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมเศรษฐกิจ ( macroeconomy ) รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน ตัวเลขเศรษฐกิจที่จำเป็นและส่งผลกระทบทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมกับบริษัทและต้นทุนการจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบ
1.2 มีความรู้ความสามารถในการติดตามสถานการณ์และวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การขนส่ง โดยเฉพาะ ocean freight ทั้งที่เป็นเทกอง (dry bulk) และ ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ ( containerized)
1.3 มีความรู้ความสามารถในวิเคราะหืแนวโน้มค่าเงินสกุลหลักที่จำเป็นของบริษัท เช่น USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, CNY และ THB
2. การติดต่อประสานงานการทำ cross-functional กับ stakeholder และแผนกอื่นเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลสำหรับการทำ research
การทำ cross-functional meeting กับแผนกต่างๆ ภายในองค์กร รวมถึง ภายนอกองค์กร เช่น stakeholder , supplier และ อื่นๆ เพื่อสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลได้ครบถ้วนและมากำหนด กลยุทธ์ในการซื้อ
3. การทำบทวิเคราะห์หรือ study อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ความรับผิดชอบในการทำบทวิเคราะห์และ study อื่นๆ ตามสถานการณ์ สภาวะตลาด ปัจจัยแวดล้อมทั้งภายใน และภายนอกที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาและปริมาณ ของสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ ตาม request ของแผนกจัดซื้อ ถ้ามีความจำต้องการข้อมูลเชิงลึก
วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท
สาขาวิชา : สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์, สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ , สาขาการเงิน , หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Experiences
1. ประสบการณ์ด้านวิเคราะห์ macroeconony อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจ หรือ ราคาหุ้น หรือ ราคาสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ หรือ สินค้าเกษตรจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
2. มีความสามารถในการใช้ forecasting model ในการวิเคราะห์ตัวเลขและ ราคา
3. มีความคล่องแคล่วในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดีเยี่ยม เพราะต้องติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้ขายและบริษัทต่างประเทศ ( Exellent/ Fluent Level )
4. ประสบการณ์การทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ความกดดัน
5. มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอและทำข้อมูลการนำเสนอที่ดี
Knowledge
1. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาค ( Macroeconomics)
2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ค่าขนส่ง (Freight ) และ ค่าเงิน ( Foreign Exchange)
3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Financial model ( optional)
4. มีความรู้ในการจัดทำรายงาน , การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการนำเสนอ และรายงานผล
5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ เช่น สินค้าเกษตร (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
6. มีความรู้ในการจัดซื้อสินค้าต่างประเทศ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

1.มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ (Knowledge and Experience)
นักวิเคราะห์ต้องมีความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ต้องทํา เพื่อให้ สามารถเข้าใจลักษณะงานและขอบเขตการปฏิบัติงาน ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การทํางานดําเนินไปได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
2.มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Skill)
ความสามารถในการมองความสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์ และการสรุปความคิดรวบยอด เป็นส่วน สําคัญในการที่จะทําให้นักวิเคราะห์งานสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
3.ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (English Proficiency)
นักวิเคราะห์ควรมีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี เพราะต้องมีการติตด่อสื่อสารกับบริษัทต่างประเทศ ผู้ขาย และการวิเคราะห์บทความซึ่งทักษะภาษาอังกฤษมีความสำคัญอย่างมาก
