Role and tasks:
- Responsible for new machine installation projects at customers in Asia Pacific from dispatch in Germany until end of warranty
- Planning and preparation of the projects to ensure readiness including visits of customer sites or remotely
- Planning, supervision and support of service engineers for technical and organizational questions
- Main contact person for the customer during the installation until end of warranty also for technical items
- Responsible to meet quality, cost and timeline targets for the new machine installation project
- Close collaboration with several units and departments in Asia Pacific, Austria and Germany to ensure the successful project for the customer and for Windmoeller & Hoelscher
- Responsible for technical After Sales Service in the region in cooperation with Service and Sales
Your profile:
- Expertise as project manager of technical projects or installation of complex equipment and machinery
- Experience in Operations or Maintenance in flexible packaging, ideally in converting machines and lines
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, additional commercial education or experience would be an advantage
- Very good communication, motivation and intercultural skills
- Entrepreneurial and customer focused mindset
- Working diligently, being able to handle several tasks and resilient
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Very good English skills, ideally also other languages
- Good MS Office and knowledge in SAP
