Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Recruiter/BTS Udomsuk. Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and reconfirm job description and candidate selection criteria.
- Create job posting, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.
- Create interview plan including interview questions that relect the requirements for each position and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Attract potential and talent candidates to company with excitement, motivation and inspiration that would be reflect to employer branding strategies.
- Create and negotiate with success candidates to ensure the offering process will be achieve.
- Coordinate with HR Generalist to ensure hiring and onboarding processes can provide a positive experience for candidates.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
- Responsible for weekly recruitment and new joiner report
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
- Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. jobthai, jobsdb, facebook and Linkedin).
- Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (Interview in English).
- Experience in recruitment for various roles and business will be advantage.
