Responsibilities
- Coordinate, welcomeand facilitate the visitors.
- Taking care of the registration work and managing various administrative documents such as mail, visitors list, parking, etc.
- Responsible for procurement and office payment.
- Take care of office equipment to be ready to use.
- Coordinate and follow up the work of housekeepers, drivers, and maintenance technicians, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Chinese or English.
- 1-2 years of experience in receptionists or administrative work will be an advantage.
